Jenna and Shelby were married June 14th, 2014 at "Behind the wall" in Grand Junction, CO.  It was a fabulous day for a wedding!  The majority of their guests were visiting from out of town so they were shuttled all the way from Horizon Drive to the venue on Orchard Mesa by Absolute Prestige Limousine Service which actually caused the ceremony to be delayed about 45 minutes in order to have everyone present.  No big deal!  What's a wedding if it doesn't run a little late, right?

Seth + Kelsey | Hotchkiss Colorado Engagement Photographer

SAVE THE DATE!

Kelsey and Seth are engaged and getting married May 1st, 2015 in Silverthorne Colorado!  I'm sure this will be a celebration that their friends and family won't want to miss!

Over 4th of July weekend I traveled to Hotchkiss, Colorado to the childhood home of Seth for the couple's engagement session.  We had so much fun and couldn't have picked a more beautiful evening for a shoot.  Thanks to the owners of Kuntz Ranch for the use of their property and their vintage Chevy!  It was the perfect touch to an intimate setting.

Parachute Colorado Wedding Photographer | Sam + Rochelle

Sam and Rochelle were recently hitched at their home in Parachute, Colorado.  It was a gorgeous wedding and the effort these two put into planning their big event was evident in all the details.  It was a frigid spring day complete with gusty winds, a little bit of rain and I'm pretty sure it snowed towards the end!  Nonetheless, it was a party for the books!  Never let the weather control your outlook on a perfect wedding day!  The groom even added his own personal touch by playing/singing a song for his lovely new bride.

Grand Junction Wedding Photographer | Callie + Josh

Backyard country weddings are so much fun!  That's exactly the kind of wedding that Callie and Josh recently celebrated at her parents home up Reeder Mesa.  It was a very warm spring day, so warm in fact that even one of the flower girls decided to strip down during the ceremony!  It was nothing short of adorable!  Callie spent countless hours building up to their big day gathering and creating all of the wonderful handmade decorations.  The weather was splendid, the music was fabulous, the food was delicious and the guests who shared in the celebration brought with them an abundance of love and support.  The day was perfect!  The bride and groom hired us for only a few hours that day but here is a glimpse at the fun that was had!

Chantel + Cody | Western Colorado Engagement Photographer

SAVE THE DATE!  Cody and Chantel will be getting hitched October 4th, 2014!

That's about all the details I have for now but I'm sure to bet that this will be a wedding you won't want to miss, if you're invited that is.  I'm disappointed that I won't be able to shoot their special day due to already being booked but I'm grateful that I had the opportunity to work with this cute couple anyhow.  Oh and their smart little red healer, Roxie, who has just as much bubbly personality as her owners!

Sierra | Class of 2015 | Fruita Colorado Senior Photographer

  Sierra is a recent graduate of Fruita Monument High School with a plethora of many talents!  She was a member of the POMS team at FMHS, she loves tennis, fashion design, photography and singing!  I had the pleasure of photographing Sierra at two different sessions as she was one of my Senior model reps and we had so much fun together!  I'm so excited to watch her go out into the world and achieve greatness!

Kale | Palisade High School | Class of 2015

The sun is shining, the wind is blowing and the fruit trees are budding!  Spring has officially arrived!  I LOVE this time of year and along with the smell of fresh blossoming wildflowers comes the kick off to the 2015 Senior Portrait season!  First up is Kale, a Senior at Palisade High School and also one of my 2015 Senior Model Reps.  Here is a glimpse into Kale's first mini session of the year.....

If you see Kale around town, wish her luck on her final year of high school and be sure to ask her for a special VIP card!

Coal Ridge High School Cheerleaders | Silt Colorado Photographer

Want to see beauty?  Then meet the Coal Ridge High School Cheerleaders!  I got to spend a short afternoon with these lovely ladies and I can't even begin to tell you how much fun we had!  Yes it was way cold out but these girls put on their best smiles and laughed it off.  You won't find a closer group of friends that this team right here!
